Returns & Exchanges

At Landers Outdoor World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
